Academi is the Welsh National Literature Promotion Agency and Society for Authors. Its aim is to develop and implement literature activity within Wales and beyond. We have collaborated with Academi to deliver public-facing campaigns that encourage people to feel excited about literature. Book of the Year is the most high profile of these – every year awarding a prize of £10,000 to the best book by a Welsh writer.
