We were asked by the IBO online professional learning services to design and develop a series of XHTML templates for the Drupal open source content management platform.
In an effort to strengthen the International Baccalaureate Organisation’s (IBO) large and growing community and the IBO mission. They initiated the exciting community theme project: The idea of a community theme was conceived in 2006 and the first theme: “sharing our humanity” was officially launched in April 2007 at the annual general meeting. The theme, lasting three years, is intended to serve as a focus for the IB and IB World Schools, to capture the excellent initiatives that are already underway in many schools and encourage and inspire new activities, in and out of the classroom.
Working with their team of in house developers we produce a platform, which has now become a truly international online community, yet still abides to the organisations brand guidelines.

The IB is a non-profit educational foundation, motivated by its mission, focused on the student. Founded in 1968, we currently work with 2,423 schools in 131 countries to develop and offer three challenging programmes to over 664,000 students aged 3 to 19 years.

"Towards the end of 2007, the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) began development of an ambitious online platform to support knowledge sharing and construction around six major global issues. After choosing the content management system (Drupal), the IBO commissioned Hoffi Limited to provide a full design solution that included producing XHMTL templates built to W3C Standards.
