A game for Christmas and a challenge to achieve the shortest time.
Written by Andrew Thomas
Over the last couple of weeks we have been busy Elves at Hoffi; but that’s not stopped us putting together a simple game for our friends to play on the run up to Christmas. Our festive game ‘Santa’s Snow Dash’ started out as a collect the dots game following on from some R&D work around experimental navigation… That quickly escalated into the Christmas Game after having a chat with everyone in the studio about what we could send out to our customers and friends at Christmas. It’s probably a good idea if I don’t cover some of the game ideas that came up on that project ideas session, plus the game is more of an experiment than anything else. We’ve not sent anything out over the festive period for a number of years, so we thought with this 2014 festive season being the Eve of our 10th year of business, it would be a good time to inject a little fun and competition. So here’s the festive back story… It’s Christmas Eve and Santa has crashed his sleigh spilling all the presents across a winter wonderland. It’s up to you to save Christmas by helping Santa collect all the presents in the quickest time. The task ahead is difficult and the fate of Christmas lies with you. You have only one tool at your disposal - a motivational mince pie to guide Santa to all the presents - use this well and wisely. Remember to watch out for penguins and reindeer - they get a bit huffy if you bump into them! Now go and save Christmas - Play Santa's Snow Dash
